We take great pride in consistently selling you the best quality products. Please note that due to the hand-crafted nature of our products there may be slight variations in size, colour, and final appearance. If it happens that the colour or design of the item you want is unavailable or sold out, please contact us and we will let you know when that product will be available again. Please do not place orders for items that are not available without first contacting us.

RETURNS

We accept returns for damaged products if notified within 30 days of receipt of your delivery.   Please contact us to request a credit or replacement. All items still need to be in new condition and in their original packaging for a full refund.   Gift cards and personalized custom-made products cannot be returned.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  Shipping, handling, and credit card/PayPal transaction charges cannot be refunded.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. They are eligible for exchange only.

 

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE                                                      

If you would like to exchange for another size or colour, please reach out to e-support@nrt-kenya.org  and let us know your desired color and size. We will ship the replacement as soon as the original order arrives. We will invoice you for the shipping cost and will send your new items upon payment.

 LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS/ ORDER
If you do not receive your order within 14 days, please contact Customer Service. We cannot credit orders shipped where the tracking information indicates delivery has been made. Please provide an email address at the time of order to receive an email tracking notification.  Neither BeadWORKS Kenya nor our third-party shipping companies can be responsible for stolen packages. Cancellation of orders is only possible if you contact Customer Service prior to shipping at e-support@nrt-kenya.org
